flash player wont work with windows10 update ??

today just updated to windows 10.

flash player was working fine earlier today on windows 7

I have enabled flash player in the advanced settings.

still wont work

tried the test flash player but takes me in a circle saying I need to enable flash player in advanced settings

help me
