flash player不能正常运作

通过IE浏览器，无法加载视频，请问该怎么办？我已经确定flash player有启用，也关闭了active x的选项。尝试过下载新版本的flashplayer，但是显示不适合我的计算机，我是win8.1

Hi,Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE on Windows 8.1 and updates are distributed by Microsoft via Windows Updates.
