I did what the instructions said and when it goes for the actual download, says "connection error"   I have a good connection, it made it ok up until the download.

No anti-virus, no firewall.

I downloaded the redist version and it went in ok but Opera doesn't see it so I don't think it's a valid "Plug-In" but it's in my computer somewhere now.
