I am getting very frustrated with this and have tried every solution out there. I am guessing this is a Microsoft issue with Windows 10. But I can not use flash player on my computer. It doesn't matter which browser I use. I have restarted the computer, reinstalled/updated etc. Any solutions out there not listed in the help section- other than complain to Microsoft?

Please work through the video troubleshooting guide.  In particular, see the section about disabling hardware acceleration.

If you're still stuck, please follow the directions in the guide on providing the dxdiag report and additional information about what you tested and saw.

‌I am unable to uncheck hardware acceleration because the page will not even load the part I'm supposed to right click on. I was able to do some form of a clean boot by disabling all startup add ons and it helped for about 2 hours. I'm assiming this means I'm having issues with a 3rd party app but I am not sure where to go from here?

Thanks

The Flash Player versions used for Chrome, Firefox and IE/Edge are all significantly different.  The common denominator, and the primary reason for these kinds of problems is graphics hardware drivers.  Graphics drivers are really difficult to get right, and Windows 10 is significantly different that older Windows versions.  It's going to take a while for graphics drivers to fully mature, particularly given the wide swath of older hardware moving to Win10.

The best thing you can do is find updated drivers for your graphics hardware.  If you post the dxdiag information, I can point you to the latest drivers.  Also, if you're trying the steps in IE/Edge, I'd try them in Chrome first and see if it resolves the symptoms there.  If so, we can figure out how to get you going on Edge.
