Flash Plugins are loading slowly in my website

I'm using flash plugins in my wordpress website (http://www.lollipopguide.com) and it makes my webpage loading time slower.How can i make flash plugins to load faster?

Hi, I'm not a specialist, but maybe if you look the source code of the page of an other website as http://www.spartoo.com/ or http://www.darty.com/, you will find solution and understand who it is used on an other website.

Try for example to change the quality of jpg images, or load images dynamically.
