flash problem in win10

下载了最新的 flash player 22 看视频的时候经常卡，所有的视屏网站都试了一遍，都是，注明，我的是win10系统，每次看视屏切换到全屏模式，总会自动弹出flash播放视屏，比较讨厌，希望能有所改进，还有人是这样吗？？麻烦说一说
