Flash problem with game

I've been playing a flash game since March and never had any problems. Since some weeks, the following happens when I try to load it:

Sometimes the screen stays white and nothing happens at all. (In the FAQ of the game it says this means flash player doesn't work.)
Sometimes I get to the black screen of the game but no loading wheel appears and nothing happens for hours.
Sometimes it does load the game but very very slowly - and after playing for a while it usually works normally but I rarely reach that point.

As you can see the problem is quite random and according to all checks, flash player is installed correctly. Do you think it can still be a flash problem? I found out that another random page (blingee.com) which also requires flash, gives me a white screen too. So I still have the feeling flash is causing the problem. It cannot be related to the game or my game account because I let friends try with my login from their computers and it worked just fine.

I'm using the latest version of flashplayer: 20,0,0,235
Windows 7

FireFox 43.0

What I already tried:

- restarting computer (obviously )
- verify on adobe page if it's installed (everything looks fine)
- it's enabled in my browser of course
- delete flash browsing data
- remove flash cashe

- delete Firefox cookies and cashe

- disable flash hardware acceleration

- increase store of visited and not yet visited websites (NOTE: the website of the flash game did not appear in the list!)

- deinstalling flash and re-installing

Would be happy for any kind of help. Maybe with detailed descriptions of what to do, because I'm a computer noob, sorry!

Hi there! I wonder if this has been actually answered.

If its not, have you given a thought about Java? I also once having the same problem on the same site. But in my case, its because I didn't enable JavaScript- no to be precise I haven't installed Java(even though windows update says it will be automatically installed).

Maybe you should try checking if Java is installed on your computer or not. The easiest way to do that is just by typing [ java ] on your windows search box and see if there was [ java.exe ] and the other similar programs. If your computer doesn't find any of those then its better to install it, in case if you are using FireFox or similar ff-cored browsers try to check [ Tools > Option > Content > Check if JavaScript was enabled ]. If not, enable it.

This link might prove helpful too: Why won't Flash work, even though it's installed? - Ask Leo!

At very least having Java enabled fixed my similar issue with yours. I hope you already fixed yours though, if you haven't I wish you a good luck of finding one, in case my suggestions won't work.

Java and JavaScript are two different things and are not interchangeable. Java is a programming language, developed by Sun Microsystems, now owned by Oracle.  JavaScript is a scripting language developed by Netscape, Inc.  Searching the internet for Java and downloading Java.exe will give you Java (the programming language), not JavaScript (the scripting language).

I see, though that solution is truly work well for me.

And also, I am not sure if someone already know about this because its rather simple, but yet mentioned here. Try to check Add-Ons > Plugin and see if Flash or Java(TM) Platform was Never Active.

If it was, then try to set it is Ask to Active or Always Active. Its another working solution to be before re-formatting my PC as mentioned on my post before. Although, in my case, it was Ask to Active but the pop-up message to ask never came, let alone that icon next to address bar. Thus I set it to Always Active instead.

And please understand that I won't mention Java if its not involved.

It's a bug.  We'll fix it in the January release.  My guess is that the fix will land in next week's beta (http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayer) as well.

Hello! Can you give me a direct link to said beta? The problem still appears for me.

Thank you!
