    Hi steveng052005 ,

    I think that's just how the forums software works. I don't see an option to change it to something else.

    I did get your private message last week, regarding the link to the uploaded files, but the message didn't contain a link to the uploaded files.  I replied, but haven't heard back from you.

    Hi,

    We've had many reports on this, and have reported it to Microsoft, however, we've not been able to reproduce the issue.  We'd like to get some forensic information from your system to investigate further.  Please provide the following;

    From your account with Administrator privileges:

    1. Download Process Monitor from https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processmonitor
    2. Navigate to your Downloads folder (Start > File Explorer > Downloads) and double-click ProcessMonitor.zip to unzip it
    3. Click Extract All in the Compressed Folders Tool tab to extract the files.
      The default location (C:\Users\you\Downloads\ProcessMonitor) is totally fine
    4. Navigate to the ProcessMonitor folder if it didn't open automatically, and double-click Procmon.exe
    5. Click the Start button , and choose an affected Standard account
    6. Log onto the impacted Standard User account
    7. Attempt to load Flash in Microsoft Edge, and navigate to http://www.homestarrunner.com/
      Using a simplistic site will keep the trace more minimally sized.
    8. Switch back to your Administrator account, and go back to Process Monitor
    9. Choose File->Save
    10. Select All Events, and leave Native Process Monitor Format (PML) selected
    11. Close procmon
    12. Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send (see How do I share a file? )
    13. Private message me the link to the uploaded file

    I realize this is involved, however, since we've not been able to reproduce having this information will help us and Microsoft investigate the problem.

    Thank you.
