Flash problems while playing Farmville 2

I have had problems for a while, but it is now getting worse. I have deleted history, clearer cache and re installed Adobe flash, but still have issues.

I receive two separate messages.

I play FV2 on Firefox, windows 10

Message 1 "A web page is slowing down your browser, what would you like to do?  Stop or wait?"  No matter what I choose it crashes, or it just freezes and I have to force quit.

Message 2.  "The adobe Flash plug in has crashed."

I also sometimes get a completely black screen and then it crashes.

I have had this happen on 3 different systems.  I have also tried using Chrome, and Micro E, but same thing.

Any suggestions?  I'm not to techy, so nothing to technical please.
