Flash script stops - will not load webpage at all

Question

When I go to a page (even my home page), I get a stop script message. It goes away then comes back a few seconds later - and on and on - I don't even have to click stop or continue, it goes away that fast. The page will not even load all the way and freezes the page. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled several times, even uninstalled/ reinstalled Firefox several times. I had to uninstall flash just to get here to ask for help. This is a new system (2 days old). Had the same problem with my old system, but was able to turn off the hardware accel. I can not get that far to do that. When the page does finally load, there is just a blank space where the video should be and I am not able to do anything. I have tried to start Firefox in safe mode with the same results. Checked the vid card and anti-virus settings, all appear good.

System:

Windows 7 w/ SP1

AMD FX-6300 3.5

16g ram

AMD R7 360 2g video

latest version of Firefox

Is your system a 32 bit or 64 bit system?

IF you are on a 64 bit system then highly recommend going to a 64 bit version of Firefox. Much more stable. so head on over to this thread, and under 64 bit browsers go ahead and download the 64 bit version of Firefox, then uninstall the 32 bit version prior to installing the 64 bit version ( it will use your bookmarks, etc ... ) .
