Flash Shockwave Plugin Problem- Chromebook

My Flash player keeps crashing on my chromebook. I've been through many troubleshooting steps, ranging from disabling/enabling the plugin to clearing the licences and beyond. I spent like 30 minutes troubleshooting with Google and the representative told me that Adobe had a global bug or something...but it wasn't Google's fault.

The Flash Player is updated by the way.
