Flash suddenly won't work

Windows 7 (32-bit)Google Chrome (Version 52.0.2743.116)Flash Player version 22.0.0.209My flash player has been unable to load anything for about a week now and up until that point I've never had an issue before. I've gone through every troubleshooting step I could find to no avail. No specific website isn't working. It's anything that uses the player. No error messages.

OK,So lets start simple.Close ALL chrome windowsDelete this folder:c:\users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash.Relaunch Chrome and try a flash site.Best RegardsPlease be sure to mark my post here helpful or answered if I assisted youThanks
