Flash Tutorial Videos will not run - I just get a white screen

Yesterday, I reloaded some stand-along educational tutorials on my computer. These tutorials are  .exe files and make use of Adobe Flash. Instead of getting the video tutorials to come up like normal, I only get a blank white screen in the window that comes up. When I right-click on that screen it says, "Movie not loaded..."   I checked the version of Adobe flash player installed on my PC and it is 20.0.0.267.

I have completely removed flash from my computer and reinstalled it, I have followed recommended troubleshooting steps, such as disabling hardware acceleration and clearing Adobe cache, etc., but this does not seem to help.

Can someone please assist me?

Thank you.

I performed a clean un-install of Flash Player 20.0.0.267 and installed the prior version of 20.0.0.228.  Everything works fine now.

    Hi,

Please update your Flash Player to 20.0.0.270.
