Flash unresponsive while playing Facebook games in all browers

Flash unresponsive while playing Facebook games in all browsers. (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer and Edge)

I have Windows 10 Home and all the drivers on the devices are up to date.

I also have the most current version of Flash.

Need a permanent fix as this has been ongoing for a year.
