Flash Update 25 Installation Failed Error

Question

I have done Flash updates many times without any problem. When I was notified of an update today, I went and got the update from the Adobe Flash download page. When I clicked Install it proceeded installing up to over 70% and gave the error: Installation Failed. Here is the actual window came up.

I clicked Finish and looked at the help and support pages but nothing seems the solve the problem. I repeated several times with different downloads but the results were always the same. I appreciate your help, please.

Hi,I'll need to review the installer log files to troubleshoot the failure. Please review the Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? FAQ and locate the FlashPlayerInstallManager.log and Adobe_ADM.log files on your system. Upload both files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.Thank you.--Maria
