Why did flash put mackeeper and booking.com on my computer? Now all my safari setting are screwed up too.

I guess you never downloaded flash plugin from adobe.com

so you just installed a fake flash malware

Yes sir, I did that a long time ago. This was just a regular update.

What do you mean by "This was just a regular update."? Malicious sites/ads have been known display fake update notifications resulting in users downloading malicious installers, several of which install mackeeper. Official Mac installers from Adobe do NOT include any 3rd party software.
