    Hi,

Launch Firefox and navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download the latest Flash Player for Firefox.  After the file downloads, locate it on your system, launch it and proceed with installation.

To update Flash Player automatically, select the 'Allow Adobe to update automatically (recommended)' update option when installing.  If Flash Player is already installed, you can set this option in the Settings Manager:

    • Windows: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items > Flash Player
    • OS X: System Preference > Flash Player
    • When Flash Player Settings Manager displays select the Update tab and then select 'Allow Adobe to update automatically (recommended)'

With this option selected, Flash Player will update within 24 hours of a new version being released.
