Flash ver. 10.1.53.64 nearly pegging out CPU

I am having issues with the latest version of flash pegging out my processor, and making browser sessions unresponsive, across all browsers. Below is my Hardware & OS specs. Running 32 bit OS.

Seems to happen while playing flash based games, like zynga and popcap.

    Hi, One of the features of the 10.1 is the hardware acceleration which is turned on by default. Many users are finding that turning this off has helped. In addition it is recommended to update the graphic and video drivers to the latest versions.

    Are you using Firefox? Several users are having problems with the latest version of that.
