Flash ver. 23 crashes Safari 10 on Mac OS El Capitan

Question

I have been having frequent crashes on Safari 10 on Mac OS El Capitan on a 15" MacBook Pro Retina. The crashes occurred consistently when accessing various websites that use Flash.

Reverting from Flash v.23 to v.22 seems to have solved the problem.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Please file a bug at https://bugbase.adobe.com and include the following:

- OS, including version

- browser, including version

- Flash Player version

- site that reproduces the crash

- crash log files
