flash video for website - user experience

Hi,

I'm getting a video made to put on my website which is www.simpocleaning.com.au and the marketing agency has suggested a flash video which can be hosted to my site directly. If I decide to go this route, would visitors still be able to view it properly if they don't have Adobe flash player?

I just want to make sure it doesn;t cause any problems with user experience.
