flash video refusing to load

I have all the up to date versions of flash on my computer.

The facebook games work on flash

html5 works as well as silverlight

i am currently running a nvidia ge force 560ti

i5-2500k 3.3 ghz 8gb ram 64 bit windows 7

the flash video will just not load

i cannot check anything and nothing displays

but somehow i am able to play games like triple town/pet society

please advise as this suddenly occurred. I have already cleared all the cache, cleared all possibility of spyware/virus, updated the computer's flash on both chrome and ie8. I am also running the flash 11 player.
