Flash videos not running...

Hello,

I've been having a problem with Flash videos in my browsers lately.

In Firefox, Chrome and Explorer when I click on a video in my browser at many sites. For example...

All I get is a black video screen. If I right click on it I get "About Adobe Flash Player 16.0.0.305" This is the most current version of Flash.

In Firefox with my Facebook News Feed, all I get is the three rolling vertical bars in the video post. If I click on the post I get "No video with supported format and mime type found"

Chrome works OK with Facebook videos.

I have tried looking at some of my plug in settings in Firefox and Chrome, but nothing seems wrong. I don't use Explorer daily because of too much advertising.

Flash videos run fine at Youtube in all browsers. 16.0.0.305 shows in version on right click.

Can you please help me to fix this?
