Flash web app won't work on all computers

Question

I have three computers, a desktop and notenook both running Win7 Home Premium SP1, and another desktop running XP SP3. The Boss and I joined Weight Watchers and we try to use their tracker app. On the laptop and XP box, the flash app loads just fine, albeit VERY slowly. On the Win7 desktop only the loading screen shows but it never runs. The Win7 DT has Flash 11. The Win7 NB has Flash 10. I think the XP has Flash 9. The two Win7s also run Norton Internet Security and the XP runs Avast & Win Firewall.

How can I determine what's keeping the one Win7 box from running the tracker app? All the setting seem to be the same.

Try a clean install, as follows:Download the current 32 or 64 bit uninstallerUninstaller for 64 bit Operating SystemsUninstaller for 32 bit Operating SystemsClose all browser windows and run the uninstallerRestart WindowsDelete all remaining files and folders located in the following directories. (tip: copy and paste these paths into the path bar in an Explorer window)C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\FlashC:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash%appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player%appdata%\Macromedia\Flash PlayerVerify that the file “FlashPlayerCPLApp.cpl” in C:\Window\system32\ for 32 bit systems or C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ if you are using a 64 bit system, has been deleteddownload the appropriate installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#Install_in_a_firewall_proxy_server_environmentclose all browser windows, then run the downloaded installers
