Flash will not Run

I am using Windows 7 at 32 Bit with Explorer. I uninstall the old version of flash, installed the new one from Adoble. I can not find an icon to start the program. Any help on starting program.

What you mean "start the program"? Flash Player is a browser add-on that will start automatically when needed.

Can you see the Flash animation at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ ?

Once installed Flash Player should start automatically as required - at least, it does for me and I am using Windows 7 too.
