Flasher Played help

Question

I've gone into my Adobe account

I've clicked on Install upgrades Flash Player

It asks for me to put in my username and password BUT it is not ACCEPTED

What do I have to do to get this to upgrade?????

I'm at my wits end with this whole thing. WHY can't I talk to a live person and get this mess fixed.

This is the operating system, not Flash Player prompting for this information, and it is not the AdobeID userID/password. See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for more assistance.
