Flashing hourglass after updating to 21.0.0.213

Same issue. It's not the cursor flashing for me, but rather, the windows hourglass flickers on and off, continuously. It started immediately after I installed the latest Flash update.

If this isn't resolved soon, I will have no reasonable option but to delete the upgrade. Given the continuing security risks with this product, if I can't use the most recent patched version, I will have no choice but to remove Flash altogether.

UPDATE: The cursor/hourglass flashes nonstop on EVERY program and even the desktop screen. At first, I thought it was only on web browsers. A real pain!

I've moved this to a new thread, instead of resurrecting one that was 5 years old.

Could you try restarting your system? I can't think of a situation that would cause your system to do this other than some rogue application is taking focus and then causing a wait state to occur making the hourglass appear.

Your post also leaves out important information, like what OS and browser you are using. Getting more details might allow us to help.
