Not sure if my flash player is working properly or have I clicked something I shouldn't have. Can anyone help me out please ! Not brilliant on the computer, so don;t really know what I'm doing !! Thanks

    What is your operating system? (Windows or Mac) (XP, Vista, 7, 8)

    What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)

    Are you seeing any error messages?

    Can you provide screenshots of the error messages (if applicable)?
