Hi,

I'm assuming you're referring to Flash Player for IE or Edge.  If so, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge and there isn't a separate, standalone, installer for Flash Player for IE or Edge.  Please refer to the following two technotes for assistance:

If you're referring to a different browser please provide the following information:

• Web browser and version
• Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
