my phone keeps saying i need to install flashplayer when i try play a game but when i try to install flash player it tells me my handset is not supported ????

Flash Player is only supported on desktop systems, it is not supported on mobile (e.g. Android, Blackberry, iOS, Windows Phone, etc) devices.

If the game is an app you downloaded, there is no support for it. If the game is on a website, you can use something like Puffin Browser - It’s Wicked Fast!
