Flashplayer Crashes When I Try To Load .swf files

I have been searching around for a while for the answer to my question, but I haven't found one...

Every time I go to load an .swf file with a flash player projector, it crashes. The file loads fine in my browser, and the projector opens up by itself just fine, but when I open the file with the projector, it attempts to load it, the window stops responding, and then closes. I'm using the most recent projector and I can't figure out why it is doing this. It worked fine before, but now it doesn't. The only thing that changed is that I updated my graphics driver, but I don't think that would cause an issue, would it? I tried reinstalling flash and redownloading the projector but nothing works. Any help is appreciated.
