Flashplayer PPAPI plugin running next year

Hello,

We are using embedded JxBrowser in our application to show flash content, this uses Flashplayer PPAPI plugin from the OS. Will this be an issue going forward in 2021, are we expecting any Microsoft patch which will block even Flashplaye PPAPI plugin to run in Windows servers ?

    Per https://www.teamdev.com/jxbrowser, jxBrowser is a Chromium-based browser.  Google will be removing Flash Player PPAPI plugin support from Chrome at the end of the year, when Flash is end-of-lifed.

    Thanks for the response.

     

    yes we will use older version of the JxBrowser library with no updates so changes to chromium will not affect us. However it does use Flashplayer PPAPI plugin from the local OS. so thats the question now ?
