    Hi,

Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome so there isn't a separate installer for that browser.  All updates come from Google either via a Chrome update or a component update.  For this release, Google has updated Flash Player via a component update.  If you're not seeing the latest Flash Player version (20.0.0.267 on Chrome) you can do the following:

    1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://components
    2. locate the pepper_flash entry and click the Check for update button

For IE, I'll need to get some install log files to troubleshoot further.  Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? and provide all 4 files listed (install.log, FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, Adobe_ADM.log, and Adobe_GDE.log).  Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com using the instructions How to share a document or a file sharing service of your choice.  Post the link the the uploaded files in your reply.  If you'd rather just install Flash Player, you can download the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page in the 'Still having problems' section.  However, it'd be great if you could provide the log files as this will help us troubleshoot why the error is being returned.

    Thank you.
