Flashplayer Update page Unusable

THe flashplayer update page:Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions is either broken or hacked. A big notice about asking for help covers up the button that allows you to go to step 2.WIndows VIsta Home Premium. Trying to update Flashplayer on Firefox

Unfortunately, I do not have access to a Windows Vista system at the moment, but I am unable to reproduce on Windows 7:
