FlashPlayerPlugin_11_7_700_202

when i open a web page i check my processes and "FlashPlayerPlugin_11_7_700_202" is running twice and i believe that they are conflicting with each other, i've opened the containing folders for both of them by right clicking in processes and they are exactly the same. i have done some research on the reason why i keep getting a "shockwave flash" error box pop up when i watch some videos and all the sites ive check suggest a comfliction and this is the only thing that make sense can someone please help solve the problem,
