FlashSlider on website won't play

I have inherited a site with a flash slider in the header but it will not play. I've tried it on all browsers and all devices but it simply doesn't play. the site is http://xenali.com

Flash works on all systems and all browsers when I test it with adobe, but it still doesn't work on this site.

Can you please tell me what the problem is and how to resolve it?
