For Adobe Staff: Flash Player Distribution -- Renewal time

I looked around on the forum and could not find an answer for this. I will have to renew my one year Flash and Shockwave Adobe Distribution Agreement soon as mine runs out around February 1, 2017.

How many days (or weeks) before the current agreement runs out should one apply for a new agreement for the coming year (Flash and Shockwave)?

It also might be worth considering that our in-cycle releases are generally aligned with Microsoft's Patch Tuesday, which is usually the second Tuesday of the month. You might give yourself some lead time, so that if anything goes wrong, we can intervene before it becomes a headache for you.
