For several months, every time I start my computer, I have to reload Flashplayer from your site

For several months, everytime I start my computer I have to reload Flashplayer, I have tried your uninstall flashplayer then reinstalled but still does same thing. Additiuonaly, your download site installs/downloads additional unwanted propgrams, i.e.; VLC Video player and Sweetpacks toolbar..This is getting very frustrating
