FP 10.1.82.76 have a SecurityError problem. (only Plug-in)

( I'm not good at English. sorry, help me T^T )

[ Enviroment ]

- FP version : 10.1.82.76 ( plug-in )

- OS : It dose not matter

- Browser : except IE ( FF/Chrome/Safari/Opera )

[ Error Step ]

- Image URL : Filename or Directory contains 2byte character. ( so, not English )

- Image's Domain : External domain ( crossdomain.xml is already setted )

[ Problem ]

When I load an image file, FP occur a SecurityError.

But, FileName that have 1byte character, no problem.

[ Question ]

Why FP occur SecurityProblem?

FP 10.1.53.64 ( previous version ) was not occured.
