Mac G4 Quicksilver/OS X 10.4.11/Adobe FP 10.1.102.64

I get slow vid speeds and stalls at YouTube.

FP 10.2.152.26.mac.os.x.rar is said to work w/a Mac  PPC, which I have, but I cannot find a site where I can download it free.

Adobe FP  10.2.152.26 is only for Intell. Does anyone know where I can find FP 10.2.152.26.mac.os.x.rar?

Hi My understanding is that with a PPC Flash Player is not supported for vs 10.2. The latest version is 10.1.102.64 which is available from the Archived Files.

The system requirements are listed here and only this one is supported: Mac OS X 10.4 (Intel)

    Link: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/systemreqs/

    The Archived Files: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html

The 10.1 is a zip file and is an 81.7 MB zipfile. Then you would find and extract the file you needed. There is also a Readme file.

    Thanks,

Im using Camino which acts very similarly to Safari and Firefox.

Adobe says FP 10.2.152.26 will not work with PPC but many other sites say it will.

Search for Flash Player 10.2.152.26.mac.os.x.rar to verify.

For what its worth, I downloaded FP 10.2.152.26 from one of those sites and now it has "intel" in its name.

But I downloaded from another site and that FP now has "ub" in the name. I'm wondering if I should experiment,

with all the tedious steps that requires, especially if both fail to work w/my PPC because then I will

need to again install FP 10.1.102.64.

Hi You really need to be very careful WHAT you are downloading and from WHERE. Adobe sites are SECURE sites.

You don't have an Intel Processor, so you can't use that. I would not experiment with your system or the Flash Player files.

You should just use the Flash Player vs 10.1.102.64, that's my advice.

    Thanks,
