FP doesn't show or shows partially bitmaps

Hello, there is a problem with displaying bitmaps (in my case png files imported into flash). When a picture is added to display list sometimes it doesn't appear or appears cut on the screen. It happens rarely but when your game is played by more than 100 thousand players, you hear about this bug every day.  It started to happen with FP19 and still is not fixed.

Did any one come across with this problem or reported a bug to Adobe?
