FP16 download hangs at 25%

Operating system : OS X v10.10.2 "Yosemite"

Hello. I tried to upgrade my Adobe Flash Player yesterday and the installer never gets past the 25% progress bar.

I tried several times, deleted my old version of Flash Player, repaired my disk permissions and even waited for two hours but it just doesn't work.

Is there any way to get things fixed? I can't even watch flash movies on my laptop right now.
