FRAUD ALERT. When attempting to open videos an unwanted pop-up appears

In several instances recently, the following scam pop-up appears:

"Adobe flash Player Settings

Local Storage

Allow www.[????????] to store

information on your computer?

__ Allow    __ Deny"

There is NO way to get rid of this pop-up. It plants itself directly in the middle of the screen. The real Adobe Tech Support confirms that this is a FRAUD! Why would a user allow this? I'm afraid that if a user clicks on 'Deny", ransomware will seize control of your computer.

What brand of antivirus will catch this and stop it in its tracks? Thanks for your inputs.
