I filled out the template online for FREE Flash Player for 5000 users, it stated I would receive an email in 3-4 days with information on how to download. Since then, I have had a chat on several occasions telling me Adobe would escalate the issue and I would hear from someone in 48 hours. It has been since 4/8/16 and I can't seem to get the download for this product.

Can someone assist with this issue.

I provided your email address to a person on the distribution team last Tuesday. I'm pretty confident that they sent you an email, but I'll check.

Is it possible that our emails are getting caught up in your spam filters? Is the email address you used on the forums correct? That's what I gave her.
