Freezing Screen

My version of Flash Player is 11.7.700 224 and when watching catch up t.v the screen keeps freezing, it didn't used to happen.

Microsoft Windows 7 and my browser is Mozilla Firefox, note it does not happen with videos stored on my computer only on catch up television.
