Frequent Crashes on MacOS 10.10.3

I'm currently using Firefox 37.0.2 with NPAPI Plug-in version 17.0.0.169 on Mac OS X 10.10.3 running on an iMac (27-inch, Late 2013).  All was well on 8 May 2015; starting in the evening of 10 May 2015, I was unable to watch videos on Hulu.  The browser would play the TV program introduction as normal, and then a black screen with station logo displayed in the corner; I seemed to be able to get audio for as long as I wanted, but if I clicked anywhere, the Flash Player plug-in would soon crash (possibly at the end of the then-currently buffered content).

I tried reinstalling the Flash Player, and removing all the relevant local storage, but it had no effect.

Today, the Flash Player crashed loading some training content from a work site.  I got the same behavior from Safari.  (I haven't tried Chrome.)

Below are the Mozilla crash IDs.

Thanks!

I installed the version 18 Flash Player.  When starting a Hulu video, during the intro spot, the size of the playback pane jumps all around (several times per second), but I still get video and sound, as I did before; however, the Flash Player immediately crashes prior to starting the program.

I installed the current Beta release of Firefox, and got the same result.

I installed the current Nightly release of Firefox, and got the same result, too.  (Jeromie Clark‌)

I installed Chrome and it seems to work fine (but, it should, since that uses a different API).

Thanks Jeromie Clark‌ for working with my directly!  (It was a pleasure.)  As I said privately, I'm sorry we couldn't isolate the smoking gun.

Nevertheless, for anyone else trying to get past this problem, rebooting finally did it for me.  (Although, that was after installing the version 18 Flash Player, so I'm not sure which it was....)

It was not anything like that, I have had this crashing problem for months on one system and it has been rebooted many times.  I know Jeromie does not like working on more than one customer issue per thread, but mine is not resolved, and this is my thread.  No one else's.

But clearly this issue affects many people.  But many never see it.  I have about 6 computers and only one has this problem.  Naturally, it's my big desktop that I prefer to use.
