Fresh Install of Adobe 13.0.0.206 on IE8 missing addon.

Hi there,

A product my company uses requires an older version of Adobe Flash to work (Ver 13.0.0.206) and a client's version got automatically updated to version 14. No big deal, it happens. But after a clean uninstall and a fresh reinstall it did not population IE8 with the addon at all. It's just simply not present as a feature in IE. Firefox on the clients machine works fine, detects the flash player with no issue.

Are there any suggestions for getting the addon itself to populate into IE8? I've already tried another uninstall/reinstall but that didn't do the trick.

After you installed version 13, what files do you have in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash ?
