I have sound in my games but no sound on youtube.  Have flash player 12.0.0.77, Windows 7 Home 64 bit.

Been reading the forum and you all are talking about Version 11.  Do I need to back up to 11?

Using Mozilla Firefox 28.

Someone mentioned 'turning on virtual 7.1 on headset'.  Where and what is that?  I'm not too computer

savvy.

When I run my software for the headset using surround sound I get, and hear ,all the channels.

Thanks in advance.

Mike,Thanks I have read everything on logitech's website. I have surround sound with the software, I downloaded, for my head phones.   Just can't get sound on you tube.

    Puzzles me.

Have you checked Logitech's support pages for the G930?

    http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support/wireless-gaming-headset-g930

One thing I saw there was:

    Using G930 without installing software

    G510 Keyboard for Gaming

Can I use my G930 without installing the included software?

    G930 Wireless Gaming Headset
    Model Number:
    A-00023 (Wireless Headset)

The following operating systems include built-in drivers to natively support the basic functions of the G930:

    • Windows XP (Service Pack 2 and above)
    • Windows Vista
    • Windows 7

    Functions supported without software:

    • Headphone/Audio playback
    • Microphone/Audio recording
    • Volume adjustment dial

You must install the G35 software in order to use the Dolby 7.1 surround sound and to program the G-keys.
