games on facebook not loading...."error"status 500?

Question

Anyone else experienced this issue before? This happened 2 days out of the blue after years of no issues. I'm not an IT person, just basic common knowledge computer skils , but really need to get this sorted out......any help would be appreciated.

500 error implies a server-side issue rather than a Flash issue. (It refers to server-side script time-outs, server being unavailable etc.)

Best to follow up with support for the specific game, I think.

dell laptop using windows 10. I have latest flash player upgrade thru Google Chrome. I was playing game and it just went black screen and each time I try to load a game that uses flash player it just goes to the same black screen. I can access thru IE but game play is not as good and I prefer Chrome.Now.....I downloaded firefox to see if it was a Chrome issue and I had same problem with it.....games won't load. All other computer functions are just fine as I can tell. So flash player works in IE, but not with Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. This is all the intel that I have.
