Get plus 2 error

When trying to install flash player I get error message Get plus 2 (r) : error installation is corrupt ! ( 16249,202,235-42072312,80040154,FFFFFFFF,80040154 It wont allow any installation. How do I remove this corruption? Is there a tool from Adobe? Can I find if on the computer and delete? Help Thanks

I found an Adobe flash player debug tool and ran it. Took a while seems like this would be in the knowledge base questions That would have been too easy. Thanks
