getting BSOD while watching videos

so recently i got an update for Flash player ot 11.5 and from that time it kept giving me BSOD non stop whenever i try to play video. I did disable Hardware acceleration but it kept doing it anyways.

    What is the device driver version & date for your Radeon GPU?

    It is using AMD Vision Engine 2012.0928.1532.26058 its the latest version of that engine used by my GPU, that engine also downloads drivers also so its the latest one
